I am the owner of a Senior Move Management company. We help Seniors downsize from their forever homes into smaller condo/apt living whether Independent living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.

We hired EightySeven Web to help build a website for our company. We are just getting started in a new industry. Alisha helped build this from scratch. She listened and did an amazing job!

I had met her husband through work I am currently doing for my other job. he had sent me her information and website. I researched what she did and we also had a Zoom call to discuss what she could do for me.

EightySeven Web built a website from scratch. We started with an online survey and a Zoom call so they could understand our needs. She included us throughout the entire process, listened and was an ultimate professional.

We worked directly with Alisha Thomas the owner. She also had a copyrighter help us with verbiage.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website turned out just as we had wanted! We have gotten very positive feedback. Alisha is excellent to work with!!

Alisha both communicated with me through Zoom as well as through email throughout the process on a weekly sometimes daily basis. There was also a link to the website so I could see the progress throughout the time it was being built.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Alisha's communication is stellar! Just an amazing experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing with our involvement with EightySeven Wed!

Our website was created on wix, afterhours, just to "get something up" We needed a full blown new website.

We personally knew of her and her design work.

Full new website from concepts: new artwork, new platform, new designs/layout. We started with a consultation and did the initial discovery meeting. From there we started with site mapping and layout of our new site, then to design/presentation, to site build out, then to final review and launch. Her process was very organized and well thought out.

We worked with the owner and investigated a few other companies for certain aspects she recommended.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Honestly the best experience I have ever had building a website (I've been apart of a few company website builds). This was our second website for our company. We went through Wix designing our own, and thought it was ok for a starter website. Alisha showed us what a great website could be, and we fell in love.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is extremely professional, and their graphic design expertise is incomparable. She makes you think about the things you thought you thought about but never really did. Her process and communication is on the next level! She empowered my team and I to try to step up to her level. The thoughtful updates each week and the helpfulness from her is amazing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ultimately the process not only made our website and online presence better but helped us understand the value our business brings to the table. Our previous website lacked vision, consistency, and attention to detail which Alisha @ EightySeven Web ironed out!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For the most part we loved everything, we are currently on her support plan.

I found EightySevenWeb by chance after reading Alisha Thomas’ response to an inquiry on a blog. There were dozens of responses from other developers, but her response stood out from the rest. It was clear, concise and to the point. This is the type of person I like to work with.

I reached out to her to create a new website for me. Being unfamiliar with the complexities of this undertaking, I was hesitant and confused at times. She took the time to explain things to me and help me understand. I am glad that she nudged me along to spend time to edit and revise until we got it just right.

I have noticed increased traffic since launching the site and clients have commented positively on it.

Her weekly emails with suggestions for better business practices as well as the monthly consultations show that she cares about her clients and continues to support them after the website is up and running.

Throughout the process of working with her, she impressed me with her professionalism, responsiveness and resourcefulness.

I highly recommend Alisha Thomas and EightySevenWeb as an invaluable resource to build an online presence and successful business.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO Of ModestMuscle, a personal training brand. We do online personal training and have an apparel line.

What challenge were you trying to address with EightySeven Web?

We were looking for a resource that would encompass all of our different areas of services. It would represent the brand, be easy to navigate, and serve as an information hub. This comes in the form of a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up our shop so that people can purchase our e-books, clothes, and book trainers. They handled everything for the design and the website. They integrated SEO into the site as well.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Alicia (Founder).

How did you come to work with EightySeven Web?

Alicia was a customer of mine who participated in our training programs. When I heard she built websites, I asked her to take a look at the Shopify site I built that was pretty bad. She sent me some of her work and it was of excellent quality.

How much have you invested with them?

It was around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March to June of 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have nothing negative to say. The whole process was seamless. She sent me tremendous resources on managing the website too. She was professional and thorough, always going above and beyond.

How did EightySeven Web perform from a project management standpoint?

She communicated every step of the way. She’s very thorough and clear on what she needed and what her deadlines were. When I was struggling to get the content together, she called me every day to show me what I needed to inspire me so that I could finish whatever she needed me to provide.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Her professionalism impressed. Especially working with someone I knew, it’s tough to be professional. She was still incredibly clear and professional, which made her very easy to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you prioritize time for the content that you need to provide. I was unaware of how much content goes into this and I’m glad I had Alicia to help.
