Working with Rainstreamweb is a very simple process, so we enjoy our partnership. They’re very easy to communicate with, making it pleasurable to do business with them. I’m able to explain what I’m looking for in plain English, and they understand very clearly, which doesn’t often happen with other offshore companies. They’re also very consistent with budget, and the value we get from them is significant thanks to their fair prices. After working with them for many years, it is very easy for me to know their cost structure in advance to be able to plan our budget. Throughout our engagement, there have only been two occasions where we had misunderstandings about scope. On one occasion, it was completely on me, and on the other one, it was on them. On that occasion, they made it right and deducted the cost of it.  Furthermore, a close working relationship was what I was looking for. Our development work is based on an agile methodology. Initially, we used a waterfall framework but very quickly realized that we would perform better on an agile framework. We use Asana to manage projects, and they use Jira internally. Additionally, We’ve collaborated on Bugsnag for a couple of things. Regarding communication, the channel depends on the time of the day due to the different time zones. We usually follow up over Skype after assigning tasks on Asana, but I can always text them if there’s an emergency. Another great thing about Rainstreamweb is that they’re always available.
