      There’s no ego there. There’s a lot of open dialog. When challenges come up, they raise them quickly, and both sides speak to them. From that lens, it’s been a very nice highlight of their capabilities. They’ve done it very gracefully, but they needed to adapt to our need to go a little deeper than most in terms of hearing the rationale and understanding why they’re doing some things. That’s been an interesting learning process that they’ve done very gracefully, but it was something we had to go through. It took a little bit, and now I think they understand how recommendations need to be presented.

      The team has been incredible. We've been on very specific timelines, and the team has met all of them. We had one slight delay, but it wasn't their fault. The team has been quite flexible and accommodating. We use Figma for the design process, which is really cool and my first experience using it. It is great being able to go in and leave design notes right on the template web pages, and use another tool for project management. We've migrated to Asana after the project. We've had weekly meetings via Zoom and communicated with our project manager via the project management tool and email. There's nothing I can think of. The team is flexible and open to feedback.

They told me everything that was going to happen with an estimate of how long it was going to take.
