Telexar delivered exceptional work. We’ve had a minimum amount of human intervention in our day-to-day process since we deployed this system. Most of it is now automated, so we’re able to work efficiently. Our fleet management is also easy to manage.

Telexar’s communication was quite good. We got weekly updates from their team. They gave us regular demos on the status of the system every two weeks.

What I found impressive is that they did extra work within the decided cost and never ask early payments. I really appreciate their flexibility in payment break downs and upfront payments.

There is not much but may be deployment of the code on the test server with deployment notes.

since this one of our major development to our company we made this total project in multiple milestones so for every milestones finishes they do a check run and release to the live environment so we able do our business in more productive way and focused on increased the sales achieved by 40%

Most of the areas are all ok and just improve is the timeframe for which they are taking bit long to develop but slow and steady is good, but if it is bit faster means we can do more projects parallelly.
