I’m the CEO of No Resistance Consulting Group, and we’re a clinical trial site management organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moore Tech Solutions, Inc.?
We were a new company, and the time had finally come for us to put a website together. I tried building my own website using GoDaddy, but I didn’t have the technical skills, time, or experience to do that. I needed help with website development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Moore Tech sat down with us and learned about our business model, customers, and the website’s purpose. They then designed a mockup, and we iterated that together. They then went through copywriting and polished the site’s other features.
The site is built from scratch using WordPress. They interviewed me for the design, and I gave them my preferences. They handled everything from there and put the whole platform together.
Our website’s purpose is to build credibility when potential customers look us up online. As such, I wanted our company’s message to be displayed prominently on the site, and for our services and target market to be clear. The site allows people to enter their contact information, and we get emails and notifications when someone leaves their details.
We have the ability to make changes on the site on our own. However, we can contact Moore Tech to do changes for us for a fee.

We started working together in August 2021, and it’s ongoing.
The site has received extremely positive feedback both from our employees and customers. We don’t track our traffic, since it’s not important to us.
That said, Moore Tech has exceeded our expectations — the process has been much easier and the output came out much better than my initial expectations. Working with them has been a turnkey experience for me.
How did Moore Tech Solutions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
Moore Tech exceeded my expectations on project management. We communicate through emails, phone calls, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their project management and on-time delivery are impressive. They’ve done everything they said they were going to do ahead of schedule. Overall, they are dependable, reliable, and prompt.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. The process has been seamless and the website is well-designed. I’d even recommend Moore Tech to anyone who’ll ask me about website development.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you look at Moore Tech’s customers’ websites to get a sense of the work they’re doing. Spend the time upfront in the initial onboarding interview. Moore Tech didn’t rush that process and asked us a lot of excellent questions which allowed them to successfully build the site’s copy. The more time and effort you put in, the better the process will go.

What challenge were you trying to address with Moore Tech Solutions, Inc.?
We needed their expertise in web design.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We engaged Moore Tech Solutions, Inc. to redesign our existing website and improve our online presence. Initially, we met with their team to relay the project brief and our design and functionality requirements.
We needed a WordPress site that creatively promoted our product offerings and provided customers with digital access to the panoramic view of our physical store. They refined our web copy and existing themes before kickstarting the development process.
Moore Tech Solutions, Inc.’s team also redeveloped some core features of our website to improve its UX. Upon completing that phase, they integrated our Facebook and Instagram page links, which gave users access to our new social media posts.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the sole proprietor of a company called McClain Outdoor Adventures. I’ve been in the industry for about 12 years and I have a lead generation website for hunting outfitters.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moore Tech Solutions, Inc.?
I needed someone to develop my online virtual tradeshow. I had worked with a one-man company in California but was looking for a bigger, more professional team to deploy my prototype, so I hired Moore Tech Solutions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Back in 2013, Moore Tech Solutions built the website from scratch back and based it on my Joomla prototype. I provided a set of requirements, and we communicated back and forth to make sure both parties understood it. After that, they wrote a proposal that addressed how they would implement the site, what various components would be needed, and the number of hours it would take as well as the cost, schedule, and terms and conditions.
Moore Tech Solutions then went on to execute everything in their proposal. They integrated a live chat widget for the booths, for our sponsors, and for some of our vendors. However, the technology sat on the shelf up until last year when the pandemic hit. A lot of world trade shows got canceled, so I figured it was time to reboot and re-energize the platform for a virtual online hunting and fishing trade show.
In 2020, they integrated Zoom and Facebook webinar functions into the website on top of the previous developments. We also carried over the core components for the virtual booths and used third-party software that was much better than the one we used back in 2013. They also helped me with setting up my email system and programmatic contracts. During the later part of the trade expo, Moore Tech Solutions also helped move my website to a web service that had could host a higher capacity of users.
With the conclusion of our most recent tradeshow, I’ve begun to have ideas to make the platform better, so their team is now working with me on making enhancements and adding more features.

They were just 90 miles down the road from me at the time, and I thought it would be good to have someone local. What is the status of this engagement?
Moore Tech Solutions developed the platform in 2013. I contacted them again in 2020 to overhaul what we had previously done. Our most recent tradeshow just concluded, but we’ll be working with the team for the upcoming events.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Moore Tech Solutions did wonderfully and came up with a great website that could serve a big number of tradeshow attendees with no breakages or downtime. They chose the best technology for our platform and their graphic artist did a great job of coordinating the visuals.
I’ve seen the number of people who visited our virtual expo using Google Analytics, and I can say that everything has worked really well from my perspective. The vendors that we invited to the show were impressed with the look, feel, and functionality of the site. It has filled the void where we couldn’t conduct business expos in real life.
How did Moore Tech Solutions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m not aware of the internal tools they used, but the proposal they created for me early on provided both written and video instructions on how to administer the site. Anytime I didn’t understand how to do something, Cindy was there to help me out. Whenever we needed a little tweaking done on the website, they didn’t charge us extra.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I find Moore Tech Solutions’ development work impressive. The team has done a lot in terms of integrations and UX. They brought in a lot of experience from the sites they’ve previously developed and worked with components that beautifully complete the system.

None that I know of. Everything that they committed to they delivered. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Brian Byrom: I’m the instructor at BTrained and a member of the Limited Liability Company (LLC).
Kathy Byrom: I'm a co-owner with Brian and I do administrative work as the office manager. We are a training facility where we teach heating and air conditioning contractors.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moore Tech Solutions, Inc.?
KB: I contacted Moore Tech because we needed to revamp our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
KB: Moore Tech’s team scrapped our old website and started with a new one. We needed one that could be easily navigable, so our clients would be interested in our services. Not only that, but we also needed various functionalities, so clients were able to register for the courses and pay on the website.
She goes through what we want on our website, how we want it, and what features that we need. She also asks questions and suggests modifications that we hadn't even thought that we needed.
They work with us to provide a website that not only is interactive, colorful, and eye-catching, but it’s also extremely beneficial on the backend for our accounting purposes. The website runs on WordPress, and we also have implemented WooCommerce. Currently, they do maintenance on our website.
Recently we made some changes to our website. They came to our facility, sat down with us, and walked through the changes that we wanted to be done.

KB: The main thing people say to us is that they love our website since it’s so professional.
BB: The clients love the site since it's very easy to navigate. Moore Tech made it very easy for them to get to a class, get a drop-down, get the dates that they need to register for that class. The entire process it's very easy to do.

KB: We keep in contact with Moore Tech by sending emails and phone calls. Their entire service is reasonable, and they make us feel like we are their only client, also in almost all the deadlines they give us they come ahead of the proposed times. They treat us as a special client, and the fact that they respond so quickly to us is invaluable.
What did you find most impressive about them?
BB: The customer service that they do is top-notch in a day and age where we don't really get great customer service. They have set the standard again for us and renewed our confidence that customer service is still out there. Also, that companies don't mind coming and sitting down, listening to you, and giving you exactly what you need.
KB: Also, they do care about us — their customer service is what we were looking for. Their response time and the intuitiveness that Cindy has showcased, coming up with new solutions even before we think we need them, have been top-notch.
BB: We don't see each other as vendors. We see them as almost business partners. They have our best interests, and they have done everything regarding our web presence to help our business. It has shown tremendously, and we're very happy with it.

Our company’s name is M3 Resources USA and we are a fabric recycler of industrial batteries. We’re located in Birmingham Alabama, and we have recycling facilities in Reynosa Mexico. I am the president of the corporation.
We supply battery manufacturers, create industrial batteries, and supply the ammunition fields and lead fabricators who make different products out of lead.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moore Tech Solutions?
Even though we only sell to a handful of customers, we wanted to establish a web presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Moore Tech helped us set up a website and design the certificates for the recycled batteries. They met with me to talk about the kind of information we wanted on the website. They presented 2–3 options to choose from and they put it all together for us.
They included pictures that show our facilities in Mexico, created content that describes our company including our mission statement, and put up the team of people who are involved in the company. We also listed our ISO certification and our environmental permit.
We’re an industry that’s heavily regulated, so we wanted to make sure that those who see our site know that we are meeting all the regulations required by the US and Mexico. There’s a section on the website where we explain lead acid battery and how successful it is as far as recycling goes — they just did a nice job of explaining all that on the website.
Additionally, when we recycle a load of scrap batteries, the recyclers want to be able to go in with a “death certificate”, to inform people that it’s been recycled properly. Moore Tech is able to put that on our website so it can be available for our suppliers.
We're still working together. We just did a little update on our website not too long ago, so we still use them from time to time.

They’re very reasonably priced and it’s very easy working with them. I can talk to Don about making changes and he’ll get it done rapidly. Our website is not that complicated, and I’m sure they can do more stuff, but we’re very pleased with what they’ve done for us.
We’re not that sophisticated so we don’t really keep up with the metrics. However, we do get feedback from our customers, who are all very pleased with the website. We get calls from time to time from potential customers who have seen our website, and show interest in buying our product.
We’re in a fortunate position where we literally sell out our product on a yearly basis. Over the years, we’ve had some calls from people who want to help us sell our business — which we do not plan on doing any time soon.
