I’m the director at Mendip Weather. We’re an online company that sells weather stations and environmental monitoring equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scream Digital UK?

We wanted to revamp our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement by having an initial conversation with Scream Digital UK, during which we discussed what could be done to improve our website. After that, they came back to us with a mock-up and gave several suggestions on how we could take things forward in terms of what new functionalities to add and how to enhance the overall look and feel of our site. From there, their team proceeded with the development process — they updated our shopping cart, improved existing features, built an admin panel, integrated payment solutions, and connected the site to our social media channels. The site was built on WordPress.

Currently, Scream Digital UK is still working on the overall design of our website; they're helping us make it look more suitable for the Christmas season.

What is the team composition?

We work with Graeme (Web Designer & Visual Stylist). He’s our main point of contact and acts as the project manager.

How did you come to work with Scream Digital UK?

We approached a number of local web development companies, but we decided to go with Scream Digital UK because they seemed friendly and very keen on working with us — in fact, they were willing to come and visit us to talk about our project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2018, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re extremely happy with the work that Scream Digital UK has done. As a result of their efforts, we’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of orders and visitors over the last three years.

How did Scream Digital UK perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed very well from a project management standpoint — they’re easy to get in touch with and always willing to listen and lend a helping hand. For communication, we use email and phone calls; we also meet with their project manager occasionally.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really like the fact that we’re only working with one contact from their company. That person is Graeme, and he’s very upfront and customer-focused.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

Scream Digital UK should increase the range of their services; nevertheless, we’re happy with their work.

Scream Digital wete recommended to me quite a whole ago and I got them to design my voice over website and a website for my Medieval Banquets. I'm extremely pleased with the project's outcomes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Scream Dogital listened to what I wanted and they went ahead and designed the layout of my websites and selected the colours/graphics used. The designs/layouts were really eye catching and had a modern twist to them

I had a initial meeting and the Director spoke to me about what I was looking for in a websight. He then made a number of suggestions . All I dod was submit the text and some photos .

I was very impressed with the speed of the project/s.the fact that I had a draft to look at before the websites went live so I could see what it looked like and suggest any small changes . I still have the odd update that is added to the website .

Very good service, jobs completed in good tome and communication on-going.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great vision, creativity an eye for detail and design .

No .. I was very pleased.

Over the last year, Explore Outside has grown and we need a brand-new online solution. We went for a totally rebrand and new website.

We have worked with Scream Digital UK in the past with small projects so we knew they were good.

Each stage with Scream Digital UK was easy from talking to them on the phone to showing us mockups and emails. Each stay was easy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their knowledge of website design is beyond. Our sales have gone through the roof since our website was redesigned. We are very happy and would use Scream Digital UK again.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager at Scream Design UK was very friendly and took his time to make sure we understood every process of the website and the time scales that would take.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Scream Digital UK blew our minds away with how easy and friendly they are to chat with. Very patient and understanding
