For what projects/services did your company hire You'll sp. z o.o.?

We hired You’ll as a subcontractor agency to outsource branding, copywriting and communication projects.

What were your goals for this project?

We looked for appealing stories for brands, clear communication of blockchain advantages, and disruptive opportunities, building consistent and well thought over the image of a well known entrepreneurial mentor. In the cosmetic project, we wanted to raise sales and well position products.

What was the team composition?

We've interacted with Project Manager, video producers team, graphic designers, Google Ads campaigns experts, web developers, UX and UI designers, copywriters, and marketing advisors.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We've earned a decent commission from you’ll’s work, improving business relationships between clients from the US and Singapore. We used you’ll’s services when we did not have in-house resources.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

You’ll’s flexibility to work across multiple time zones and management were excellent. Efficient communication via chats and video conferences made it easy and fast to collect and pass on client’s requirements. We've tracked project status and individual tasks in Jira (project management software).

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're dedicated to exceeding expectations and delivering within project deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Project management could be more efficient.

We have used them for a variety of different projects relating to web design, collateral design, digital marketing and content.

Each of the projects had their own specific goals, but the overall goal was to present the region in the best light possible

We ran a public tender process where vendors were required to submit samples for various aspects of the projects. They were then evaluated on cost, quality, creativity and few other criteria

Depending on the project, they have helped us with IX and print designs, website design, content marketing, web content and digital outreach

The teams were pretty varied depending on what needed to get done. The team leader was constant and ensured a smooth workflow and delivery

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the website now has increased visitors, the brochures were praised and overall we have had a positive impact.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very responsive and most of the time super smooth

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity and their drive to always go that extra mile to delight us time and again. They are receptive to feedback, they can a lot of times understand what the real problem is and address that and, they offer cost and time effective solutions to best suit the business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe the translation services were a bit off in the beginning, but they quickly caught up in a couple of revisions.
