Part of the care package offering that they provide allows us to have very open access to their team. When there is a crisis moment, they are incredibly responsive and help us solve it. We meet on a weekly basis to run priorities and make those continual upgrades to our website based on the performance data, our growth, and programming, and things like that.

Additionally, what the functions are that we may not be ready for now but want to make sure that the basic architecture and the basic design allows that space when we are ready to add different functionality to the site. I really appreciate their ability and their capacity to be strategic partners with us in that regard. They also come to us with insights, ideas, recommendations, and they are not heavy hitting on it.

My recommendation would be to state really clearly what the problems are that you are wanting to solve and think that your web design and website can help solve. Really listen and have that exchange back and forth with Wire Media to figure out what the solutions are.
