Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an aesthetic provider at Gateway Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center, the largest laser institute in the world. We provide dermatology and aesthetic procedures for anyone in need.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with The Setters Agency?

We had a website but we didn’t have a social media presence. We needed help with marketing and ad consulting.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We did a consultation with multiple providers in the office with three different courses. They guided us through the whole process when it comes to advertising. They looked at our website to see who we are and what we do. From there, they helped us to really identify the route we want to take and what kind of clientele we want to attract.

They helped us find our niche and figure out what we wanted out of it. We’re not using their services today but if they come up with a new course for marketing, we’ll take that course.

What is the team composition?

I worked with four people.

A plastic surgeon was talking about the owner of the company and I found them on Instagram. Their work resonated with us. They did a private consultation and we went from there.

We spent under $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018 and our engagement is no longer ongoing in July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was very impressed with the amount of detail put into it. They showed me how much thought goes into marketing and social media presence efforts. They opened my eyes and gave me useful, practical tactics to apply the same day.

Project management between our teams was excellent. They were never late. Everything was perfect.

My favorite part was they really dove into who we are. The amount of research they put in and how much they knew about us was very impressive. Every piece of information was useful and I could apply it to our office.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

You can trust them because they really know what they’re doing. They’re specialists in their field. Be honest with them and trust the process.
