From our first conversation with Silvia and Kyle, through the entire process working primarily with Kyle, everything felt easygoing and organized. He was responsive, creative in his thinking, and offered insights we hadn't considered from a visual perspective. The collaborative part of the process really stood out. Kyle would show us options and explain his reasoning rather than just telling us what wouldn't work. For example, when we wanted to try something that might not translate well visually, he'd say "let me show you what it looks like" rather than just shutting it down. We appreciated that approach—it helped us learn and make better decisions together. Kyle also stayed flexible when our timeline shifted. We went a little beyond the original timeline, but he was patient and committed to getting everything right. He never made us feel rushed, and he genuinely cared about the final product. When we needed to pause or adjust, he accommodated without complaint. He was also just incredibly pleasant to work with. Patient, collaborative, responsive, and always willing to jump on calls or answer questions. It felt like working with someone who genuinely enjoyed the work and wanted us to succeed.
