How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After sour experience with a previous consultant, dug deeper into research and due diligence and uncovered a highly recommended solution

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Discovered Monday.com for project management which appeared to be the best solution for the projects we wanted to manage. Although it had all the features we desired, getting them to all play well together was a challenge over my head. We hired a consultant to help. Although they were skilled what they gave us as a solution was not sustainable. They were not very good listeners. We searched, more diligently again and found Polished Geek. They listened and they cared. PG provided a solution to our project management that works great and is sustainable.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Several of their key team members worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted both conceptually and literally.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received the Project Management systems we wanted and needed. We were now able to handle them on our own since the solutions, although elegant, were simple enough for us to manage.
