I'm the owner and chiropractor of Premier Chiropractic and Injury Center.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with District Consulting?
I didn't have a presence in the social media world and didn't have an established website. As a result, I was lacking clients. I needed a service provider to help me establish a website and a logo and reach my target audience.

What was the scope of their involvement?
District Consulting built my website and designed my logo from scratch. I gave the team the information I wanted to include on the website and shared other websites I liked. District Consulting developed the site using WordPress and defined a color scheme for me.

I worked directly with Miss Fadzai, the owner of District Consulting.
How did you come to work with District Consulting?
I knew Fadzai through a friend, who referred her to me as a good professional for what I was trying to do. I chose District Consulting because they understood my vision and made me feel comfortable when we talked.

The project lasted from March–April 2024.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After District Consulting launched my website, I had at least a 50% increase in my patient visits. My site visits doubled, going from 80 to 170–180. I treat attorneys a lot, and they've been happy to see that I have a website they can log on to and see what I do. As a result, I received several calls from attorneys.
How did District Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?
District Consulting's project management was very smooth and simple. My schedule was very hectic, so I had Fadzai's cellphone number to text or call her anytime. I sent my ideas and images through text, and District Consulting always got back to me quickly. We also had weekly Zoom meetings.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I want to give a shout-out to Miss Fadzai. She was available to me at any time of the day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I had no idea what I needed or wanted to do, and District Consulting formed a path for me. The team took the things I gave them and made a vision for me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Selfishly, I wish District Consulting was closer to me because I'm in Baltimore, and they're in Washington, DC. I wish I could've had more in-person meetings with the team. Other than that, there was nothing I could think the team could improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I suggest having as much information as possible about what you need. The more information you have, the easier it will be for District Consulting to help you. I wish I had a greater understanding of what I wanted so I could have given them that vision and have a smoother process.
