Not that I can think of. It was a pleasure working with Cristy. Of course, getting placement onto Good Morning America or the New York Times would have been an amazing get, but very difficult!

We hired the BCPR Group to specifically help us improve our visibility on Google. In order to do that, Cristy and her team selected specific television, radio, podcast, digital and print opportunities for our company, to showcase our knowledge and our expertise in the marketplace. Our goals were to expand our presence in each of these categories with at least two to three appearances in each category within a three month period of time.

Since starting with the BCPR Group (2 months in right now), we have improved our new client lead generation by 300%. It is the most impactful thing we have done for our company!

Yes, over the 3 short months that we've been working with BC PR, we have taken our PR efforts from zero coverage to a steady stream of 5-7 high quality pieces per month. We have a spokesperson strategy & have secured several business features with major news outlets as a result. We had worked with a larger PR firm in the past and were never able to land anything other than press releases that we generated about fundraising.

Traffic to my website increased as a result of working with Brusoe Communications, as did email signups and inquiries about speaking. The media placements helped reinforce the value of my content and approach to business communication.

We had weekly email check-ins per my request, in addition to texts, conversations and emails as needed about media appearances and interviews. Prior to each interview I was sent a document containing information about the interviewer, publication, outlet and key messaging for the conversation. All of our communication was timely and fell into a good cadence.

There was a great deal of effort to find unique ways to pitch my content that I hadn't previously considered. I really appreciated the personal touch and the time spent cultivating relationships that led to media placement.

We saw an increase in earned media for our Southeast market. After a few months, we also saw more engagement from our spokespeople due to the bonds they created through consistent support. We noticed an improvement in spokesperson participation, and we had over 1 billion estimated impressions. The majority of placements were state/regional and within broadcasts.
