The first design that came out for our homepage, we said, “This does not reflect our company. We don't like this at all.” They took everything and listened to what we said. They turned around and gave us a totally different design. We said, “Yes, that's it. That's better. That felt more along the lines of what we are as a company; who we are as a company.”

5.0 Jul 5, 2021We used the Extreme Programing (XP) Agile methodology because we didn’t have much time due to the pandemic, and we had to get to market fast. MAS Global Consulting is an expert at Scrum, so they worked fast and didn’t require much documentation. We found a way of speeding up our communication using XP models, so we hardly gave any detailed documentation. However, as we were getting constant feedback and weekly demonstrations, we could share all of our corrections — it was a very lean way of communication.
