Today, Bond Technologies is a world leader in manufacturing and distribution of friction stir welding machines, FSW related tools, and developing technologies for welding aluminum, steel and high-temperature alloys. They supply the world with production multi-axis FSW systems for complex contour parts, and integrated high-speed data acquisition for quality assurance and control. University of Notre Dame - Higher Ed Marketing
ThinkPod Agency has been blessed to work with the University of Notre Dame for going on 7 years. Our team has provided everything from web to branding solutions. In this example, you'll see the rebrand for UND's Enrollment Department. The new brand design needed to be fresh enough to speak to younger, prospective students all over the globe, yet traditional enough to showcase Notre Dame's incredible heritage and also speak to the parents of the prospective students. This project was an absolute blast to work on.

Culver - Higher Education Branding and Marketing
Culver Academies is a higher education military and college preparatory school that has provided the best whole-person education in the country since 1894. Culver prides itself on its formal traditions and history. They partnered with ThinkPod to address these strengths to a modern student audience in a way that appeals to them without seeming too "strict", showcases their academic excellence and holistic approach, yet still maintains their tradition and heritage.
In addition to the visual structure created to accomplish Culver's branding goals, ThinkPod Agency developed a brand voice and tactical templates that included social media, website design, email design, print collateral, and more, for Culver Academies to use internally.

Redesign/creation of CRM email and email newsletter templates
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have a long-term working relationship with Thinkpod Agency. Aubrey and her team always produce a quality product with regard to both design and functionality. And we knew they had the skills to ideate with us and implement the solutions we were looking for.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Through a couple of ideation sessions, we worked with Thinkpod to set the goals for our redesigned CRM templates. For our purposes, the templates had to be both branded and customizable, both functional and stylized. It was determined that we needed a series of promotional templates and informational templates for each department within our division at the university.
With our brand top of mind, Thinkpod's designers produced concepts, which we approved, and then, over several coding sessions, Thinkpod translated their designs into our CRM remotely. The result was a success: well-design and branded templates that stood the test of functionality as many users tested their implementation.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Overall, we worked with two team members, a designer and a developer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the senders of the emails in these templates, I think our staff is most gratified by and appreciative of their functionality. We manage a robust calendar of communications throughout the academic year, which includes hundreds of emails, both promotional and transactional. These templates have served us well in every instance.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between our two teams was excellent. Thinkpod's team members were always available for questions and always listened to and understood our needs. Overall, the project timeline was reasonable, even when adjusted for our needs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I'm impressed with both the team at Thinkpod and the products they produce. They approached our project with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a creative perspective, along with the technical know-how to make it happen.

I don't think the team could have done anything differently.

We are a bunch of highly talented engineers but have no marketing savvy. We needed a strategic partner to handle digital marketing, revamp our website and position us as a world leader in the markets we serve.

We used criteria such as ability to understand B to B marketing, breadth of creative talent and data-driver methodology to select ThinkPod.

Thinkpod Agency did a deep dive to understand our business, learn the personas that describe our customers, and develop a website with supporting blogs, analytics, security and product brochures that describe out rather unique business.

We worked directly with Aubrey, the owner, as project manager. Also worked with her team of specialists, maybe four or five in all.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We tracked inquiries that came in over the web as a metric. We sell high-end capital equipment, so the sales cycle is quite long. Over time sales and profitability increased. Last year was our most profitable year ever.

Creative talent! But also, their technical writer was able to create content that spoke our language -very impressive.

we went through several drafts on the graphics and they did a lot of research as to how a real estate website should respond to customers and what kind of services a site should offer

We originally hired ThinkPod to design a new website for the library in 2015. We developed such a great relationship with the company that we have continued to work with them.

Being a public library, the biggest factor was price. ThinkPod pricing was very reasonable for the time and effort that was put into our website.

We met weekly to work through our old website while the ThinkPod team helped determine what would be best for us and for our patrons. They really listened to us and worked with us to give us everything we wanted while keeping the end result and user in mind.

Aubrey Burkhart was our main contact, but we also worked with team members that could do specific tasks.
