We have a long-term working relationship with Thinkpod Agency. Aubrey and her team always produce a quality product with regard to both design and functionality. And we knew they had the skills to ideate with us and implement the solutions we were looking for.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Through a couple of ideation sessions, we worked with Thinkpod to set the goals for our redesigned CRM templates. For our purposes, the templates had to be both branded and customizable, both functional and stylized. It was determined that we needed a series of promotional templates and informational templates for each department within our division at the university.
With our brand top of mind, Thinkpod's designers produced concepts, which we approved, and then, over several coding sessions, Thinkpod translated their designs into our CRM remotely. The result was a success: well-design and branded templates that stood the test of functionality as many users tested their implementation.

Overall, we worked with two team members, a designer and a developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the senders of the emails in these templates, I think our staff is most gratified by and appreciative of their functionality. We manage a robust calendar of communications throughout the academic year, which includes hundreds of emails, both promotional and transactional. These templates have served us well in every instance.

I'm the recruiting manager at Zephyr Expediting. We’re a national logistics company, working in 48 states.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThinkPod Agency?
We needed help with our promotions on social media. Our lead quality with our other marketing team wasn't great, so we sought a new marketing team.

ThinkPod Agency created and managed our ad campaigns on social media. The team also helped us with our weekly reports and follow-ups. They did everything.
What is the team composition?
We worked with around 5 teammates from ThinkPod Agency, including Aubrey, our account manager, and Bridget, in charge of content creation. We didn't coordinate with the remaining teammates daily.
How did you come to work with ThinkPod Agency?
Since we needed a new marketing team, we did a Google search and found ThinkPod Agency. Initially, we spoke with their team and several other marketing teams. ThinkPod Agency was flexible, had reasonable pricing, and had the experience we needed. That's why we decided to go with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $31,200.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from March 2024 to March 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Although any ad campaign has ups and downs, ThinkPod Agency helped us with the lead and ad quality. Overall, we had a good experience working with them. Aubrey was consistently available to answer any concerns we had. We appreciated her and her hard work. We saw an increase in the quality of the leads and lead generation.
How did ThinkPod Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
ThinkPod Agency constantly met the project's deadlines. The team would also remind us if we were behind in meeting a deadline because they needed our approval.
We did Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails. We also used Telegram because my whole team used it, and ThinkPod Agency adjusted to our preference.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed with ThinkPod Agency's overall flexibility and friendliness. Sometimes we got frustrated, and their team was calm and professional. They were always open to any concerns or questions we had.
ThinkPod Agency was available before and after shifts. Sometimes, we'd text them early in the morning or late at night, and they'd respond. Their team genuinely cared and wanted to make sure they were on the ball for anything we wanted to address with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, ThinkPod Agency did about 99% of a fantastic job, but their pricing was a little high, especially for the trucking industry. Nonetheless, the team went above and beyond for us. Everything was beautiful and great, so we didn't have any complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you're going to recruit, make sure you do some research on the ads. You'll get a better understanding of how the ad platforms work. Ask ThinkPod Agency more questions about what the packages include and don't include. Other than that, ThinkPod Agency will give you a detailed explanation of everything you need to know.
