What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were progress check-ins either via video chat or email. Since a lot of the work required my opinions and approval, there was a constant correspondence between myself and G&G Creative NYC. The constant correspondance demonstrated the progress. The fact that the project was completed ahead of my desired deadline demonstrated the success.

G&G Creative NYS was very organized in presenting the material in a timely manner. They took the reigns on the creative control, while still being mindful of my opinion. They met my needs, even those I didn't think I needed.

For the purposes of my project, I am very content with how the process unfolded and the eventual outcome. There is always room for improvement, but there was nothing of note that struck me as a weak point in their delivery.

In less than two days, G&G created the customer-facing website for our business. With little guidance, Danielle took over my abysmal Squarespace website and optimized it with fresh branding, sleek components and a user-friendly interface. She created two beautiful versions with recommendations and best practices for each. 
Working with G&G Creative was a pleasure, not only because it was easy but also because of their deep expertise in their field. They fully grasped my vision, and I felt entirely confident in their work from the very beginning. Through surveys and meetings, we will gather all the necessary information to understand your business and goals. We will use this information to determine the best brand & look for your new web presence. We will determine the best way to organize your website and create a rough outline. We will collect, organize, edit, and migrate content for each page of the website. Our team will create comprehensive layouts to explore various design directions. 

As the client, you decide the best fit for the website. With all the necessary architecture, content, and design elements in hand we'll create the first working version of your website. After revisions and polishing, we will finalize the website and go through the launch checklist. Once the site is live, we will provide training on website management and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. 

Once the site is live, we will have a kick-off to ensure our marketing strategy is in place based on goals, expected customer behavior, competitors, and industry specific keywords. We will share a weekly report featuring key metrics and insights from the advertising efforts. Summary: G&G met all deliverables and only stopped on going development based on intercal costs and limitations with content material of products. The plan will be to continue the development and add content marketing and campaighns as time goes by.
