CI/CD pipelines run fully automated without any manual intervention. In the ops space, we have a comprehensive production monitoring and alerting setup and the stakeholders get notified in case there are any issues. We have a comprehensive logging and telemetry setup that helps us investigate issues and find root causes. Our entire cloud environment is fully secure. We have confirmed this by checking our compliance with popular industry security frameworks like CIS, AWS Well-Architected Security Pillar etc. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? Fantastic. They seem to have streamlined processes that are very mature and are able to function optimally. They have very good technical expertise, so they were able to deliver. From a management perspective, I think they’ve worked in enterprises before, so they know exactly what type of business users that we deal with and the nuances of that. 5th Method was able to take that into account whenever they did project management. Their group made sure that we were on top of things before we even got started.
