The team had some challenges with some of the cables in the business, and they had to pull in some new cabling which they weren’t expecting. Transparency is the key. If you tell them what you need and give them realistic budget expectations, they will put together the absolute best system they can for the money you’re willing to invest.

They added another member to their team, and she was in contact with me every day and started to learn about what we were doing in our markets. They were very honest about what can work and what cannot work. Other companies I’ve worked with did not look long term. RSO does think about long-term goals, even if it might cost them in client fees. They really care about our work and doing the right thing.
