TeamLogicIT provides managed IT services, security oversight, and infrastructure support for PacMin’s hybrid environment, which includes on-premise servers, Microsoft 365 cloud services, and multi-site networking (U.S. and TJ locations). Their responsibilities include maintaining system uptime, supporting end users, managing network and firewall configurations, and assisting with ongoing IT projects and migrations.

Key areas of support include:

• Monitoring and maintenance of servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, user access)
• Management of security tools including Sophos endpoint protection and Barracuda firewall/VPN systems
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues (VPN, network shares, remote access)
• Support for ERP (Made2Manage) environment and SQL-related infrastructure as needed
• Vendor coordination and escalation support for critical systems

TeamLogic is a very friendly, no-ego core group of people. Everyone is ready to answer question and customer service has always been top notch. They are able to eexplain complex IT concepts into simple terms, based on your understanding. They are incredibly fast to respond to immediate problems and have yet to leave anything unsolved.

Complete management of our IT services including updating patchs, counsel, security, internet use, password management and coordination of our various software applications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The internet access has not gone down since they took over our IT services and the security of our systems has been vastly enhanced.   They also brought best practices to our firm's IT, which frankly prior to their involvement was bailing wire and bubble gum at best!

Very hands on and responsive.  During the transition from our previous IT vendor, Team Logic was very available and gave us a dedicated Account Executive and had staffers on site as needed.  We continue to have monthly meeting with our Account Executive in order to stay on top of issues and to stay current with new developments.

The Owner and the CEO are available and reach out from time-to-time to make sure everything is going according to plan.  Their employees are super competent, professional and very responsive.
