They were able to secure us a replacement firewall, and get it up and configured, in a very timely fashion. While we were down, we were severely hampered, but they were very time-efficient. 5.0 Nov 13, 2020TechMD is a professional team. They’ve helped us save money and make our jobs easier. They brought a vision for us, and they quickly became a partner. I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.

They have just done it right on the first try, which is extraordinarily rare in my experience. My website functions as intended. Now, I can seamlessly run my entire business online and use my own email marketing to work on capturing my audience. Materialize has been highly communicative and has shown us how to use the website. Their team has delivered everything within budget and on time, respecting their 12-week schedule. Even when our merchant bank delayed us for several months, Materialize stayed on top of it. Everything has played out as they said it would, which is something extraordinarily rare. Materialize has done everything right the first time without making excuses. I have actually received my project. I’ve had bad experiences with companies before, with teams that were frustrating to work with. This project has been the opposite experience. Simform’s customer success manager has impressed us, too, since they ensure a smooth collaboration and quickly address any challenges or issues we encounter. Our primary form of communication with Simform is through weekly or daily video calls on Google Meet, and we also use Slack for regular communication. The team is professional and very involved with our project — they think of the product as their own company’s product.
