We have a Make.com scenario with clear flaws, make it in unefficient for the scale we currently have.  The deliverable was to take that scenario, audit it (ChatGPT had already done so, we knew where we needed to optimize), upgrade Shopify app's version ensuring no data was lost on that migration, and optimize the API calls that were highly unefficent.  We even provided a map to doing so.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The SOW agreed upon was: a) audit of a particular macroprocess we have already built on Make.com b) optimization of said macroprocess to make it work way better and faster We already knew the painpoints within that scenario, we shared a pre-audit with them of that to make it clear we needed something surgical and fast.  

As for results: a) the audit result was pretty much the same as ChatGPT told us was wrong on our scenario.  b) we've been working for 6 weeks, roughly, with zero to show for it... they took one scenario, split it in two, upon several follow ups and reminders, one is working at 50% the output it should, the second one is not working at all.  

I met with their dev, took planning a meeting with calendar availability two weeks later, for a dev to state the obvious.. 'there's info missing, so it's not working'; after a few hours and a meeting asking for a refund for the pre-paid credits which has a minimum purchase, even agreeing to cover the cost for a lazy audit, they 'fixed' the scenarios... only to have 25% of the expected output.  

You hire these subject matter experts for their devs to do zero QA or testing on their side, deliver poorly built logics, optimizing in ways that make the deliveries stop working... and the guy putting his name in front of everything, Ed Axe, copied in more than one email stating the delivery gaps and quality issues, is nowehre to be found, leaving you with the account exec and dev, which both are severly lacking on, well, everything.

They haven't delivered a working solution, at all. 

The audit was late, the proposed changes were late and incomplete, we had to repeat the same requests several times, the output is not working at all.

The zero QA done.

Every bit of work done, at least with us. 

The communication pacing is slow, via email, they don't do any testing at all, even having access to every bit of our stack. Axe Automation didn't listen to what we requested, nor provide executable solutions

The purpose of hiring this company was to automate our intake process because we were doing repetitive actions over and over, which took up time which resulted in Money. This company was able to communicate with us and let us know the process and updates on what was happening.

We now have an automated system that saves us time and energy to do the manual work. More importantly, based on the automation, it goes through the steps that the client has to do without us being involved. This results in a saving time and money.

Yes, they delivered what they promised, and when there were some hiccups, they were still involved with correcting things until they were done properly

In Virtuous, our nonprofit's CRM, we assign individuals to particular Groups. The leaders of each of these groups needed to be able to send emails to the group members on their own via a Google Group distribution email list. Axe helped us complete a Zapier "Zap" so that when an individual was assigned to a group in our CRM, the individual's primary email address was automatically assigned to the corresponding Google Group.

Cleverly was spending hundreds of man hours on long yet simple mundane tasks. An area in which automation can instantly complete those tasks. The automated functions had to recognize and link the onboarding information to the correct account.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our initial onboarding process took about 24 hours, from submitting the intake form to the next step of the onboarding phase. After working with the Axe team, that task now takes only a few seconds. The automation doesn't stop there. 

They have implemented data entry workflows to provide our Account Management team with the information needed to manage over 200 accounts each. As the old saying goes, "Time is money," the Axe team has truly delivered. Previously, Cleverly was spending 50k yearly on virtual assistants to complete these tasks. 

We have saved tens of thousands, and our delivery speed has increased 10x. The last point I'd like to make is that they are the experts. Whether you are a new or well-seasoned company, you waste countless hours learning each tool in your tech stack. The Axe team removes that dawting task so you can focus energy on other important items.

We were overloaded with excel form and pdf  manual data entry into our accounting software which was causing to many hours being spend on it. The process was causing frustration and exhausting the  small work force we currently have on hand.

 We were looking at ways to farm out the work but found Axe Automation and discussed ways to add AI with automation to accomplish the manual data entry. We needed our excel and pdf forms to be data mined of particular information which then needed to be imported into our accounting software. I still do not understand the whole process but it works amazing and saved my company tons of money in man hours. Axe Automation delivered on everything discussed and also fine tuning things that I did not know we needed.

We were handled with white glove service meaning Daniela answered all questions asked of her without delay. They delivered on time and without issues of any kind. The automations that they build are amazing and will be looking at other projects soon.
