Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Setting up new AV equipment in conference rooms, with a focus on user friendly and esthetically pleasing.  We also did not want to disrupt the current process too much with what people are familiar with.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Constant communication; providing various options for us to consider; providing timeslines and updates to changes as needed; setting up test demo equipment for long periods of time so we can test the equipment and modify as needed; providing pros and cons for the various options

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Always delivers on time and in the rare instance when they can't, they always communicate.  Little follow up is needed.  They always respond very timely and are almost always flexible based on our availability.  I feel prioritized as a customer and heard, as they were good about providing whatever I needed or asking questions in advance to avoid constant back-and-forth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The vast knowledge that they have.  Because they work with so many different clients, they have visbility to various sets ups, equipment, etc.  They are professional, friendly and always to the point as well. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Tech Consultants, LLC could have done differently?

I'm happy with TTC, with my personal projects.  They handle a lot of curve balls thrown their way and provide advice or support, even if the request is difficult.  We collaboratively agree on the best solution after having all the info we need to make a decision, which I appreciate. They rarely say no and if they don't agree something, they thoroughly provide support for why, and if we push back, they happily accomodate whatever we request.

• iPrint Technology operated three physical hosts supporting nine virtual servers, resulting in unnecessary complexity and higher-than-needed maintenance costs. The legacy environment also required frequent hardware refresh cycles and presented challenges in endpoint management and user support.
