We were not having weekly issues and problems with our plugins.

I'm the CEO of 9Sail, a legal marketing agency that helps B2B law firms grow by providing tailored, data-driven digital strategies to boost online visibility, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable ROI.

What challenge were you trying to address with StateWP?

We needed a partner that would pay close attention to our site's speed and core web vitals. We also needed a team that would respond quickly when we needed them and could be fully trusted to manage our website and client sites when we referred them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

StateWP manages our website and handles any development-related needs. The team has managed the migration of our site to Pressable (to which they're a pro partner) and ensured our site's speed was as close to 100 as possible. Moreover, they manage several client sites, and we get great feedback from clients. The team also provides hosting, website maintenance, hosting backups, new page development, plugin updates, and support.

StateWP was referred to me through the Entrepreneurs Organization. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

StateWP has improved our site's speed and provides better customer service than we've ever had before. Our team and clients are very happy with their work. Moreover, the team anticipates our needs before we have to worry about them and notifies us when something needs attention.

How did StateWP perform from a project management standpoint?

StateWP is always attentive, on time, and detailed in their delivery of work. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
