In May 2025, we transitioned all IT licenses to TechHeights. At the same time, TechHeights enabled us to streamline services and processes while providing greater value to all IT related areas.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We contracted with TechHeights as our ongoing IT service provider. We have since been able to consolidate licenses for additioal cost-savigs. Since our transition to TechHeights, we are experiencing a reduced number of comprimising email attempts. This is the result of their recommended security platform for email communication.
