Our engagement with BMO Media has exceeded expectations on every level. We needed a team that could take our retention marketing from basic to best-in-class, and that is exactly what they did. They built out our email flows with real attention to the customer journey, introduced SMS as a high-performing complementary channel, and set up the reporting we needed to track performance clearly. The results have been strong and sustained. I cannot say enough good things about BMO Media. We came to them with a retention problem and they solved it comprehensively. They rebuild a few of our email flows, introduced SMS into our strategy in a way that felt natural for our brand, segmentations were reaching the right customers. Every step was backed by data and the communication from their team was consistent and transparent.

We’ve seen growth in our email and SMS revenue. Our open rates, click-through rates, and lead volume have also gone up.
