After the first few weeks, they onboarded a project manager that supported the onboarding process and eliminated this efficiency. Since then, the project management has been well-structured and efficient, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. They maintain clear communication about any projects or open-ticket requests, proactively addressing any issues and adapting to our needs as they arise. We've had delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, experienced supply chain issues, and had understaffed IT forces, but the team stayed on course. We stayed patient, and Snap Tech IT was persistent in their pursuit of more resources. Snap Tech IT's project manager team does a phenomenal job of communicating. When we have an issue, we address it openly, learn from it, and move forward. Michael has done an excellent job for us, and Snap Tech IT has created a Microsoft Excel file that is easy to follow and helps to have clarity during calls.

Although they have a lot of other clients and have gotten busy, they have typically followed through on everything they've said they're going to do. Our network rarely goes down other than due to power outages in the area. We've never really been down in all my time here, and we’ve never had any security breaches. We have a lot of security in place that they’ve recommended over the years. They’ve been very helpful in keeping us updated on security, which is extremely important because we're in the financial services industry.
