5.0 May 7, 2020The workflow was efficient and effective. We had regular weekly meetings to review the status of the project. We also reviewed the progress report and numbers monthly and included JCC’s IT director in the meetings. Initially, we had over 20 hours of onsite presence by TruAdvantage which gradually decreased to less than 10. A couple of deadlines were missed however they was a valid reason for it and it was well communicated ahead of time. Very good communication skills. Pleasant to work with.

4.5 Mar 11, 2022Although many of their resources were in Europe, Lindsay was in San Francisco, and we were in the UK, we made the project work. The distance between us was never a limitation, mainly because the function specs were built, and we had a technical lead on our side supporting Cylogy. Plus, we had daily standup meetings, and the work was getting done, so the distance didn’t make a difference. When we took them on, we didn’t know them other than through a recommendation, and they became part of our team.
