Getting Visitors to Convert for Clothing Ecommerce
Ryzeo helped Rokkitwear put together an online shopping cart abandonment strategy to address three aspects of their problem with prospective customers: visitor abandonment, cart abandonment, and visitor outreach.
Ryzeo designed a dialog box that would pop-up on the website after a user would browse items for a set duration. Chris said, “We’ve gathered an awful lot of email addresses that way, and they’ve become part of our contact database. And now we reach out to those folks on a weekly basis. And that’s been very helpful.
He also highlighted the abandonment email [report] that Ryzeo gives RokkitWear full access to show “that revenue converts day-in and day-out”.
RokkitWear’s relationship with Ryzeo continued even after Ryzeo had implemented the solutions. Chris added, “we’ve made some tweaks along the way just based on timing and delivery of those types of emails.”

Helping a Motorcycle Parts Company Sell Over $500k
The team at Ryzeo helped Wingstuff take its community-building to a new level back in 2018. Wingstuff was about to launch a major redesign and upgrade to its website to Miva. I am the owner of a small e-commerce shop. We sell and ship gas bbq grill parts to our customers all over the US and internationally from our warehouse in Georgia.

We needed someone to manage our email marketing initiatives.
How did you select this vendor?
I do not remember the specifics of how we came across them. They may have reached out to us or we may have found them through a web search. We had worked with several email companies in the past, but none was a great fit. Either way, the qualities mentioned under "What did you find most impressive about this company?" are what sealed the deal.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Ryzeo offers multiple email services. We initially signed up for the abandoned cart emails. These go to customers who add something to the shopping cart but don't complete the purchase. There are additional emails for those who view a product or category page. We also have an opt-in pop-up. However, we are very careful about not overwhelming shoppers. Ryzeo's system is highly customizable, so you can make sure potential customers only get the number of emails you want them to, and no more. I could go into more detail, but it gets very intricate. Their system is quite advanced and cool. I haven't seen many like it. You have a great amount of control over how it works.
What was the team composition?
It's been over four years with them and we have worked almost exclusively with one rep. Don't know if I can mention names on here but we have been very satisfied with his service and intimate familiarity with the technology. Not too many technology companies have that kind of employee retention and that says something.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Absolutely. Probably our most beloved feature of Ryzeo is something I didn't even mention in the earlier section. They helped us develop a custom email that goes to customers and asks for a review of the product they purchased. I know there are other ways to do this but again the level of personalization we had with linking it to the order/product information and back to the review page, wording our messages exactly how we wanted...everything is seamless and this was a modest fee beyond our regular monthly charge. Since implementing the custom product review email, we have thousands of excellent reviews from actual customers. And we publish all good-faith reviews, even if they are not 4 or 5 stars. Our website has been improving in the search engine rankings and I believe these reviews are a big part of that!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our Ryzeo rep is excellent at communication and follow-up. If anything, our internal team has been the limiting factor of a top-notch collaboration.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was immediately impressed by the personal attention given to my unique situation. I tend to have a lot of detailed questions. I like to understand how our systems are working and have direct input based on what I want for the company. Ryzeo provided that human element that is missing from so, so many companies (most?) these days. They listened to my questions and concerns, addressed them in expert detail, and most important, made me feel like an intelligent human being with legitimate input and not a number/case/lead.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
They have been flexible with us regarding our services and pricing, but you have to ask. There are only so many "out-of-the-box" solutions they offer. If none is right for your company, propose something custom and they may work with you.
