What specific goals or objectives did you hire Netcosa to accomplish for your insurance business?

We needed an IT company that would respond quickly and provide cybersecurity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Netcosa has done a cybersecurity assessment and added layers to help protect the staff computers. The team has also installed new computers and cleaned up our network. Netcosa provides day-to-day support for all our users.In terms of technology, Netcosa has implemented advanced A/V and EDR, SOC 24/7 monitoring of computers, 365 and firewall, workstation backup, and OneDrive permission and configuration updates.

How did you come to work with Netcosa?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2026, and our engagement ended in July 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Netcosa is our monthly support. We've noticed faster response times and willingness to talk about marketing. Netcosa knows so much!Moreover, we understand our technology better. Netcosa has a unique way of explaining things so everyone can understand. The more we understand, the more efficient we are at our jobs. Our team is very happy with Netcosa.

How did Netcosa perform from a project management standpoint?

Netcosa has delivered on time with no surprises in billing. The team has laid out a plan and timeline and followed the plan. Our team is aware of all the steps, and Netcosa has communicated well throughout the project. We use in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Netcosa is the best and always willing to help. The team is very nice and easy to talk to.

We needed help with cybersecurity and ensuring our staff got help quickly when needed.

Can you describe the scope of work Netcosa has handled for your oral surgery practice?

Netcosa provides IT services for us, including user support, projects, HIPAA compliance, and PCI compliance. The team has helped us with our new office build-out, including structured cabling and network infrastructure. Netcosa has also helped us with local EMR to cloud migration, Planmeca installation, VoIP system deployment, and new computer installation as needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Netcosa provides a detailed timeline for all projects. The team communicates very well throughout projects and always presents technical information in an easy way to understand. We’ve added additional security layers with 24/7 NOC monitoring.
Our staff has fewer issues than before working with Netcosa, and when they do have issues, Netcosa is ready to jump in and resolve them. Our staff continually reports that Netcosa responds in less than 15 minutes and is always willing to bend over backward to help.

How did Netcosa perform from a project management standpoint?

Netcosa delivers on time. The team has created a project plan and keeps us in the loop throughout the process. Netcosa schedules anything requiring downtime after hours. Overall, the project has been easy from our perspective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Netcosa’s staff is very professional and always makes us feel like we’re their only client. The team’s attention to detail, response time, and culture make them a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Netcosa is polite and respectful. I’ve never worked with an IT company that I was excited to interact with; we don’t dread calling IT anymore. We truly love Netcosa.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Early on, the technical aspects seemed daunting, but Netcosa has explained things in a way I can understand and has done a great job.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Drastically improved response times, white glove service and very easy to work with.  Our staff is very happy with Netcosa!

All deliverables were successfully implemented, and response times blew us away.  So response, so detail oriented, ALWAYS professional!

We do not view Netcosa as a vendor, but as a partner and a part of our staff.   We've never seen an IT company with such white-glove service, respect, and response.  GAME CHANGER!

Nothing comes to mind.  We are just thrilled to work with Netcosa!
