Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Fortuitously, in January 2020, we updated our corporate server, computer systems, and telephone systems so that all team members could work remotely and access all files and information required to do their job. This good timing meant that we were as prepared as could be for a work-from-home scenario such as this and have been fully engaged in all aspects of our business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It felt as if the team members from DCG were a part of our company. They expressed great care and interest in making sure that their job was done right and that we completely understood how to use the new tools.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Every interaction we have had with DCG personnel has been extremely professional yet personable. I love that they are LA-based and that we always get to talk with someone locally. Being in the world of real estate brokerage, we work with a lot of different vendors.
The team at DCG Technical Solutions is always upbeat, professional, and extremely caring. They go out of their way to find the best solution for us and never treat us like a number or account - we are always treated like valued clients.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There's a lot of moving targets when moving from 1990s technology. The DCG team made light work of it all and, when there was an issue, quickly solved our technical problems and just made everything work great.
