What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our ROI has been good throughout the multiple projects we’ve done together — they’ve positively impacted our business. Overall, they do good work and are specialized in what they do, and are a solid partner to work with.

How did Penrod perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been generally good. In terms of tools, we’ve used Jira, Google Meet, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise in the life sciences and salesforce area is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve with the consistency of their communication.

Try to work with their account manager and head developers to formulate a good solution.
