Inovi Solutions helped us create a system in salesforce to manage our entire child care scholarship program. They created multiple applications and a flow so families can apply, we can approve them for a scholarship, create accounts for them, connect them with child care providers, create accounts for child care providers, create a way for providers to fill out attendance for each child on a weekly basis, track attendance and create reports easily to see how many families we are serving and all of the details that encompass our program.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our payment process went from taking us 4-6 hours to less than 30 minutes. Pulling reports can be done within seconds as opposed taking hours.

They were very responsive and kept us up to date on any changes or challenges. Our first project with them took longer than anticipated as I think the scope of work was not fully understood and our program was much more complex than anticipated. However, the second project we worked on with them was finished prior to the deadline.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The staff is very friendly and responsive. I was impressed that they could understand our complicated programming and find solutions to all of our problems, no matter how complex.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Inovi Solutions could have done differently?
I think having separate email accounts just for testing programs would be helpful. Taking more time to test the product to ensure the kinks are worked out. And maybe having a form for us to fill out to request changes/needs as opposed to us emailing the requests or putting it on a word document - I think it would help to make things more clear for them.
