Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

This project started with a detailed discovery phase where stake holders were interviewed to document current processes used to manage and deliver client projects. Once discovery was complete, an agile software development process was used to build out the application using Micrsoft Power Apps. The primary objective was to streamline the process from the time of quote to the time of invoicing and capture all stages during that process in a SQL database. 

The key deliverables included a fully tested application with document storage and the ability to report on key metrics related to the life cycle of a customer project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Target dates were set for each milestone of the project. Consistent delivery of these milestones was key to measure the success of the project. Defined milestones were met consistently.

A dedicated project manager was assigned which provided streamlined communication. Items were delivered on time and Abel Solutions shifted their development work as business needs were further defined.

I have worked with several external vendors for software development and Abel Solutions was by far the best. They provided strong project management and knowledgeable developers that were able to consistently meet or exceed our expectations.
