Eventually, I think there were some conceptual problems with the game, not in how it was executed from a technical standpoint, but SuDoKuPDQ! didn't have enough money to market it properly and get enough people playing it.

Because of that, finding a partner that makes a concerted effort to understand your business needs, at a reasonable cost, can be quite difficult. We’re of course always willing to pay so long as it’s a reasonable and fair price. The larger software companies will charge you incessantly for every minute thing.

When the ransomware attacked, they remotely got us the software and helped us rebuild our network. We were working 24 hours a day for almost a week, and people were able to respond at any given time. MegaplanIT gives me alerts and metrics about any security situation. Every time that we have an issue or someone within our environment does something that they shouldn’t, we send them an email, and we have a response within 5–10 minutes once they’ve already reviewed all the logs.
