We recently upgraded from a basic package in Hubspot, to one that now includes Marketing Hub Starter, Sales Hub Professional and Content Hub Starter. 

As part of this, we needed help onboarding with these new tools, as our prior use was very rudimentary. 

Key deliverables were to help us set up Marketing e-mails, Deals Desk and understand how to track/manage contacts.

This implementation mainly include our business process to manage Leads, Clients, Contacts, Deals, Quote, Sales Orders, Invoices, Contracts with our own workflow and automation. We decide to implement Hubspot in phases so we can test all features easily and mark them as green light to go with next one. Every time, they come up with more suggestions which we really liked to implement. They provided better training on each phase as they developed and give us the demo. At the end, they were ready to provide post support with fair contract and we were ready to continue with them.

After Hubspot implementation done and they provided training to our staff, we were very happy to use Hubspot CRM for our business process. It increases more than 50% of our productivity to manage leads and clients for our business.
