American PCS has been Firefly's IT partner for nearly a decade.  In the digital world, where paper is a thing of the past, American PCS keeps our organization up and running so that we can effectively and efficiently serve children and families in our community.  As an organization bound by HIPAA, it is important we have a partner that will keep our network and data safe and secure and are ready to respond to threats at any time.  We are fortunate to have American PCS as our partner!

The objective was to ensure maximum uptime, operational efficiency, and robust protection of our digital assets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the engagement with American PCS, we observed several measurable improvements across both IT operations and cybersecurity. System uptime increased to 99.98%, significantly reducing service disruptions and improving overall business continuity. Support ticket resolution times improved by 35%, reflecting the responsiveness and efficiency of their helpdesk team. On the cybersecurity front, vulnerability scan results showed a 70% reduction in critical and high-risk findings within the first three months, following targeted remediation efforts. Endpoint protection coverage across the organization reached 100%, and phishing simulation click rates dropped from 18% to just under 4% after security awareness training was rolled out.
