We needed to set up our networks entirely from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Computer Experts Corp. built our complete network through setting up our Internet, router, computers, printers, firewalls, and our special program. Some of them work through WiFi, and others through LAN connectivity.

The team had nice reviews and high ratings. We also spoke to some of our clients that used their services, and they said that they were the best to choose.

How much have you invested with them?

It depended on the project. I believe we spent a little more than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I believe our engagement started in June 2017, and we finished working together in August 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very satisfied with their performance. Computer Experts Corp. did a beautiful job. As far as the quality of work, it was nicely done. They’ve been in business for over 30 years, so they have to be doing something right.

How did Computer Experts Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is full of educated and professional engineers.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their knowledge and experience are excellent. Everyone has a positive attitude. If clients want something good, they’re going to have to pay the price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They did everything I expected them to do.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The team researched how the software was going to work within the network before putting it in place. A lot of companies don’t do this.
