We'd have to get our MSP [managed services provider] team in the office. That never happens with TEKConn. I get a call in the morning saying there's a problem and, at the worse, they have someone in at 8 a.m. fixing it. I haven't lost a day's work due to problems that they can impact. Their people are competent and professional. When I personally call with a problem with my PC, they fix it. They're straight about it.

Onephase continues to support the project and give us support. The first is that it was a very professional development company that adapted to the budget we had. They were the only ones who used Jira as a way to document the whole process of the development in order to give transparency to other developers in the case we needed to change the provider.
