Neopenda utilized Implemify's services to optimize our inventory traceability and management system throughout our device's lifecycle. With over 1,000 devices produced and delivered globally, Implemify was able to refine and optimize traceability throughout the supply chain. Key deliverables included a refined airtable base with automations and efficient record management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Implemify successfully refined and optimized our traceability system through airtable. The project resulted in a decrease of time to issue detection and resolution, optimized maintenance tracking, and global device management.

The Implemify team was extraordinarily organized, attentive to our requests/ feedback, and responsive. The deliverables were provided ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. Feedback was well received and improvements were made accordingly.

1. Restructuring of base to seamlessly manage event RSVPs, confirmation, and automate reminders (email + text). In addition to automated text reminders for RSVPs, it would be good for us to be able to send our own customized text messages to individuals or groups based on filters via Airtable 
2. Create a consolidated donor database that is automatically updated through integration with ActBlue and EveryAction

We appreciated how the Implemify team spent a lot of time in discovery getting to understand our needs and workflows. They came up with solutions we would've never thought of and made suggestions that have significantly streamlined our work.
