We needed help with computer maintenance and set up, firewalls, cyber security, and everything related to IT and technology.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Light IT manages our computer maintenance, installation of software systems, and any technical issues related to upgrades. They also work on firewalls and cybersecurity, and we pay Microsoft Office through them.

What is the team composition?

We work with Amir (CEO) and two other technicians.

How did you come to work with Blue Light IT?

I met Amir in a networking group.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay about $400 a month for all the services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.
