Good & Gold helped set up templates in Klaviyo for us along with automations. They additionally helped build out our SEM and SEO efforts.

Worked very closely with account managers who did an awesome job of relaying what channel managers were working on!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen significant growth on SEO, which is now our most important channel. Our abandoned cart program regularly brings back a high percentage of visitors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective! Account managers were able to guide us through reporting and strategy and we always had a really solid idea of what was going on.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We admired their ability to listen, be proactive, and help guide us through any issues we had.
