Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Managing Broker of a medium sized Real Estate Brokerage.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grand Rapids Tech?

GR Tech has done many projects for us including network setup, custom built tech equipment, and IT consulting. They also are our internet service provider.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were/are to make sure our agents are not limited by workplace technology, and to ensure our systems are safe stable, and fast.

How did you select Grand Rapids Tech?

They were referred to me by a friend a few years ago. After meeting with GR Tech I was confident that they were the right company. They were knowledge, and were able to present is multiple options to meet our needs.

Describe the project in detail.

The project manager from GR Tech is our contact for all of our needs. He has always been willing to meet in any format we need, in person or virtual. He discussed our needs, talked about our goals, and budget.

He then would come back to us and discuss the options that would work for us, and how these options would effect our possible future needs. Scheduling, installation, and ongoing service has been flawless.

What was the team composition?

Our project manager from GR Tech is our main point of contact for all our needs. There are multiple team members that take care of installation, programming, etc. All team members seem to be cross-trained, and highly able to assist with any issue that arises.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The demonstrated success for our company is that our employees are unaffected by technology. Everything just works when it's supposed to.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was excellent to work with, his communication was very appropriate for what we needed. GR Tech's work has been unobtrusive, on schedule, and communicated to us in an effective manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by the level of knowledge, and the variety of products and services offered. They really mean it when they say they do "all things tech".

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have been extremely satisfied with everything GR Tech has done for us. With any project there are hiccups along the way. I don't remember what they were because GR Tech handled them.
