Kamerycah Inc. is a leading Japanese-American Food & Supplement company with several offices worldwide. I manage the daily accounting operations and perform various administrative duties.

What challenges were you trying to address with Cinter Unison Networks?

We decided to obtain a new structure and install a cloud server in entire business operation for a more secure backup system for our IT operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They relocated and installed a new Microsoft Azure system to a more secure location. They enabled a remote service for handling the operation of the cloud service. Their team handles any troubleshooting on our behalf, whether it is small bugs or large-scale issues.

How did you come to work with Cinter Unison Networks?

We were referred to them by one of our managers, who is a former client of theirs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our engagement in October 2016 and work with them on a monthly retainer of about $3,000 depending on the amount of data stored in the system. Initially, we paid them a one-time fee of $10,000-$49,000.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project helps both our administrative and marketing operations run smoothly. The system helps easily share information between employees. The entire system is more secure than the previous software, which reduces the amount of time spent on system maintenance.

How did Cinter Unison Networks perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through TeamViewer and have regularly scheduled guidance and telecom meetings every week. They consistently introduce innovative ideas to improve the system from an IT standpoint.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They sincerely care about clients by responding quickly to inquiries and providing ongoing support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could benefit from using more conversational language to explain specific IT terms. It was hard to follow along.
