We’ve worked with them to ensure that we could own this internally, that it wouldn’t just be in a black box that we couldn’t understand. Caserta does a really good job of tailoring the project and working well with the customers. They’re good at adapting to the project as it changes, but doing so effectively requires a great deal of transparency and collaboration.
