I am the Project Manager for a healthcare organization. We provide both inpatient and outpatient care in critical care and pulmonary service lines.

For what projects/services did your company hire HiView Solutions?

Our company was rolling out four disparate email accounts/domains, as well as our external DropBox account under one Google Workspace account for our organization. We are a small organization and do not have an IT department.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Once we expressed our interest to Google, HiView reached out to us. They made it very easy.

HiView provided both Technical and Change Management Support.We rolled up two existing Google Workspace accounts, an individual Gmail account, and a Paubox email account into one new Google Workspace account. We met formally weekly and utilized a working document to share information and status. They were available throughout via email, and Chat (after the conversion).

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had one Technical Manager and one Change Management Manager. The Change Management Manager assisted with communications (timelines and content) and on-line training for my staff, and the Technical Manager assisted with the migration and Admin Console training.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone successfully transitioned to the new Workspace with minimal issues. All issues were addressed quickly and my staff was unaware of the behind-the-scenes work that went on. This is a great success from my perspective, as the transition for the staff was relatively seamless.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. Julio and Berenice were available at any time to quickly address any issues or concerns. We created a strong team that all worked quickly to respond to outstanding issues. There were days when I contacted Julio multiple times, and there was rarely any delay in response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

HiView was proactive at looking for potential issues or pitfalls and had plans in place to address these. Their communication style was open and clear, even for a non-engineer or someone who has never completed this type of project before. From my perspective, this was one of the easiest projects I have worked on with an outside vendor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A few times, there were assumptions that I would know how to do something, but when I brought it up, they were happy to get me up to speed.

I am a partner at Astute Consulting and we're a Salesforce.com consulting partner and wanted to move to Google Workspace since Zoho email wasn't meeting our needs as we required more collaboration with our teams and clients.

Zoho didn't have a solution that offered mail, calendar, meeting, chat, drive, sheets, slides, etc all in one solution. Our team were constantly having to use multiple platform which required a lot of manual work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

HiView came in and help migrate us from Zoho to Workspace and also we had them do change management so our teams knew how to use workspace. I think this was key in ensure adoption of Workspace and HiView's skilled technical and change management teams help guide us and enabled us to smoothly transitions to Workspace from Zoho.

First, the deep did a deep discovery workshop so they understood all the aspects we were looking to migrated. Then they started conducting the migration, which took a little time given that we had a ton of data, but all the data made it over. In parallel, HiView conducted numerous training sessions to get folks up to speed. Before we knew it, we were up and running on Workspace and haven't looked back.

We had 2 part-time technical developers, 2 part-time change consultants and part-time PM.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have greater collaboration across team members. For example, the entire team can be working on an SOW at a given time, which decreases the turnaround/review times tremendously. It was seamless to set up meetings and add dial in/meet links to them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We set up a regular stand up with the team to talk through the day to day activities so every team member knew what each other was working on. As a result, we were able to identify issues early on and put in a plan to resolve them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are incredibly easy to work with, their technical team has a lot of experience and it was easy to notice as we got going and came across issues. Their change management team was all very thorough and accommodating, they help one of one sessions with some folks that needed some additional training which we really appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

With our project, we allocated less change management hours to the project. Retroactively, I would've requested more change management hours as per HiView recommendation, in our case we ended up requiring more training.

Our company needed to upgrade email / file storage systems and wanted to move to a Cloud solution. HiView offered an easy migration plan and discounts on Google Workspace. All in, they made it a really easy decision for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As a california based company, we wanted to find a local provider and Google Cloud Consulting Partner. HiView offers services nationally but has staff in San Luis Obispo CA which was a major factor in our decision.

Our migration to Workspace involved many different source environments across email and file storage. The early stages of the project, HiView hosted a series of working sessions where we outlined the technical plan of action for migration. They also delivered great admin training for the Workspace admin console and help us address some specific security concerns. They also helped us design a user transition plan and included communications,training, and a support site, which proved helpful.

They staffed a Project Manager who also handled some change Management, along with 2 Cloud Engineers

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All data was migrated successfully and within the agreed upon timeframe. Workspace is a great platform and we’re utilizing a lot of the features now.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with HiView was easy -- Their style of working in very engaging. They prepare agendas, run the meetings, and take down actions and then email them out to the project team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive

No, the team did a good job and we’ll be using them again in the future.

HiView Solutions is a Google Premier Partner with a Google-approved specialization in Work Transformation. They also demonstrated a track record of success with mid-market organizations over time. Plus, their team was very engaged during our initial calls and took time to understand our wants / needs.

The engagement started with a migration to Google Workspace. HiView helped us decide on a 1-phase approach for migrating to Workspace. We spent early parts of the projects in a series of workshops, where a HiView Engineer and Change Manager led each session. We focused on the technical design elements, including migration approach, cutover planning, and admin training. On the Change side, we created a plan including Communications, Training, and training assessment.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All staff now operate from a single platform, which has significantly improved collaboration & communication across the business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super effective. The HiView team is diligent about preparing agendas, running efficient meetings, and tracking notes/actions throughout the project. Everyone knew what the next step was and their responsibilities / deadlines at every phase of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The HiView team is 100% remote and has mastered the art of remote productivity. They are great at handling complex meetings and topics without having to be together in person. It’s quite impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The HiView team currently focuses only on Google, but we’d like to see other offerings from them to cover additional IT products. They are great to work with, but currently only support Google Cloud.

The Google Sales team recommended HiView Solutions due to their deep specialization in Work Transformation. As the CEO of a professional consulting services firm, we’re very selective with our IT partners, and the HiView team impressed us. They are also 100% remote and experts with remote delivery, so it was an easy choice given our organization is also distributed globally.

How did you select HiView Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

HiView Solutions helped with several different projects related to Google Cloud. Without disclosing too many details, I’m comfortable sharing they handling a large Workspace-to-workspace migration project, a separate Google Cloud Platform project, and also a project related to Google Chrome.

The engagement model included a single Project Manager, one change Manager, and 3 Cloud Engineers. Each Cloud Engineer was Google-certified in their area of focus. This gave us great confidence as we got more into the project with the HiView team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both our team had clearly defined roles & responsibilities. Everyone knew their part and worked together very well. There were some really tough technical issues, and the HiView team guided us through each of these on a series of working sessions. We always made good progress in meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

HiView’s extensive knowledge of Google Cloud is impressive -- not just technical but everything from operations, to billing, to working with Google Sales team. They know Google Cloud very well.
