Our Company name is Accountants On Air and my position in the company is one of the managing partners and member of the board of directors.

Our Company was quickly growing, and we'd outgrwon our previous domain on google. We decided to migrate to Microsoft 365 and needed a vendor who could handle our IT needs. This included upgrading our Cybersecurity, maintaining our Microsoft account, and more.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for MSP Providers in our area and shortlisted 4. After interviewing them, we chose Akaveil based on their service package and experience.

They made sure that our IT infrastructure was set up by the time we migrated in the new domain. Once they configured everything, we kept them on to manage our IT needs. Now, if we have any technical problems with our Microsoft 365 account we go to them. we pay a monthly fee based on the services required.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CTO, Ariel Perez is our main point of contact for the move, and he is always active and attentive to our needs whenever we need him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the migration ahead of schedule, and everything was fully functional when we migrated. Now that they are managing our Microsoft 365 account, there hasn't been any downtime, and our cybersecurity has improved a lot more than before. We also appreciate that they are able to work independently, which means we can focus on our core business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the move, we had weekly zoom calls with their CTO and Coordinated by Email. Now, we use their ticketing system to submite any requests. If we have any issues, they get back to us within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having a managed service provider has saved us a lot of money. They are more cost-effective than having a full-time IT specialist in office.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes their reports can be hard to understand, but they do their best to communicate technical ideas in an accessible way.
