Vector manages all of our internal IT requirements. They assist in implementation of policies that are required for us to remain compliant with our customers' security requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We will be undergoing a SOC2 audit and the policies and procedures put in place by Vector will aide in a successful audit.

We are assigned project managers for ongoing projects. Leadership gets involved for larger projects, as well. Most items are delivered on time and response via email is usually prompt.

A few months ago I would've likely called out their scheduling practices but their latest scheduling tool makes it a breeze and our employees love using it.
