Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the COO of an investment management company. Our company does financial planning and advisement. 

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Ripple IT?We migrated from two different IT partners to Ripple IT. One was our managed service provider, and the other company hosted our cloud environment. 

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Ripple IT provides managed IT services and cloud consulting for our company. We used to work in a Workplace environment, but our operations were very slow, and now we work with our machines locally. Ripple IT was responsible for our information migration and has set up Proofpoint and a secure environment. We’ve purchased hardware, and Ripple IT now assists us with managing our inventory. Ripple IT has also purchased a new management security software. The team provides on-site and off-site help desk services. Ripple IT comes on-site for some tasks and provides remote support for teammates who might be out of the office or are located in different areas. What is the team composition?We've worked with James (Senior Solutions Architect), who has led our migration process. He's our escalation point of contact and our client experience professional. We've also worked with three other engineers who support James and work under his guidance.How did you come to work with Ripple IT?I had previously worked with Ripple IT at another firm about eight years ago. I met Aiman (CTO) and had a great experience with the team. When I joined my company three years ago, I knew the goal was to move from two IT partners to one. I wanted to have a true partnership and work with someone who could handle all our IT needs since we don't have an internal IT team. I contacted Ripple IT, and they sent a proposal that met our needs. We landed on the team through a vetting process. How much have you invested with them?We've spent around $30,000 on this project.What is the status of this engagement?We started working with Ripple IT in May 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?We've experienced no more downtime in our systems since partnering with Ripple IT. I'll have dinner with the team to celebrate their excellent work. Ripple IT provides the best experience for us, and the team is very helpful.How did Ripple IT perform from a project management standpoint?Ripple IT delivers work on time and within budget. We have a ticketing system that only a couple of us can access, and the rest of the team can call Ripple IT for support or email their support team to open a ticket. All the team members are incredibly responsive.Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?James has worked countless hours. He has stood his ground as a true partner and resolved issues from our previous vendor. He has protected us from a cost perspective and also regarding time and efficiency. He has worked until late hours because he understands we're under time constraints, ensuring his team does everything possible. James is present in all of our meetings and is always prepared with an agenda to follow up. He is an incredibly kind and reliable person.What did you find most impressive about them?Ripple IT's team is integrated by really good people who care about our project and doing what is right. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to work with. Are there any areas they could improve?I can't think of anything for Ripple IT to improve. Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?I recommend being prepared with information that helps Ripple IT with their playbook on how they'll approach the migration process, depending on the platform your company is working with.
