Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Initially, we installed the Core and LMS systems. We started the project with a Business Process Alignment (BPA) meeting in Munich. After the BPA, eConsulting began the Discovery phase. We were impressed by their ability to reconcile the interests of three different stakeholder groups across three different time zones.
Next, they moved on to creating prototypes. They built prototypes of the processes identified during the BPA. This was followed by the Proof of Concept stage, where we made minor changes that were quickly implemented. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was then conducted. The eConsulting team wrote the test scenarios, and we executed them. They also provided training for our administrators. After a few months, we launched the system, and the entire process went quite smoothly.
After the LMS module was implemented, we rolled out the performance module for the whole of Europe. We are now entering the second phase, where we will add additional features such as the Performance Review. In parallel, we are taking the first steps to implement the performance module in the United States.
Additionally, we continue to expand the LMS to our subsidiaries and are already engaged in implementing two of them this year.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within the first quarter of using the tool we were able to open up reporting to managers. In two years of using our old system, it was never possible to make reporting available.
We are now implementing features that we did not previously have, such as Teams Integrations and Power BI integration.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We received regular updates, and eConsulting kept the delivery schedule well. They always responded promptly to any changes that needed to be implemented. The stages of the project were clearly outlined, and we always knew what to do next. They provided many workbooks to help us prepare for decisions and data migration.

eConsulting took over the implementation that had previously been initiated by another service partner. Our project was broken down into several stages. Initially, we engaged in discussions with eConsulting to outline our business needs. We provided them with detailed information about our processes and requirements. Subsequently, eConsulting's consultants used their expertise and the information we provided to propose solutions.
Following that, we were provided with questionnaires to fill out, detailing our business processes. We then received introductory training on the Cornerstone's basic functions, known as the Discovery phase. In the meantime, we also participated in training sessions on system usage. Subsequently, we provided specific data and completed questionnaires.
Subsequent meetings were dedicated to creating system prototypes, which were presented and discussed with us. This collaborative process led to the creation of the initial system draft. Following this, eConsulting presented us with prototypes of the system during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase. They demonstrated how our processes would be handled across various modules, ensuring that the system met our needs. After reviewing and approving the prototypes, we moved on to the testing phase.
Together with eConsulting, we discussed which parts of the system and processes we wanted to test. eConsulting then prepared test scenarios, which helped us avoid surprises and errors during testing. Any identified issues were promptly addressed and resolved. We started with Employee Assessment and Efficiency Evaluation modules in the United States because it was our top priority. This critical phase kicked off in December.
Subsequently, we expanded our collaboration with eConsulting to develop and launch additional processes for various organizational units within our company, all tailored to meet our international business requirements.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Despite the complexity of the organizational structure and specific legal regulations due to the business sector, eConsulting is implementing Cornerstone at a fast tempo. Working with more than one module at a time aligning the project with internal effort and process readiness possibilities.
The best outcome is that, thanks to the fast implementation by the eConsulting team, we were able to go live with the Cornerstone OnDemand modules according to the planned schedule, despite the complexity and legal aspects of our organization. An additional value Consulting brings to the table is the technical team's ability to accomplish integrations with several other systems and look for opportunities to optimize the process if possible from a technical and business process perspective.

We are extremely pleased with the project management provided by eConsulting. We hold weekly meetings to discuss our current status, anticipated risks, completed tasks, and upcoming milestones.
