Compared to other vendors I have worked with in the past, the project management provided by Finture was fantastic. We had daily meetings and also communicated through Slack. Our development methodology was agile and we used Microsoft Dev Ops for our sprints, tasks and retros etc. The deadlines were regularly met and there were no turnover of staff which was a huge benefit to all the projects worked on.

Having insight into how long tasks actually take will become more interesting and more important as the project goes on. I hope to have more visibility into task times as we move out of design and into development to compare estimations versus execution.
